I generally feel really uncertain about the boat I'm getting based on the photos and descriptions. How about having a video walk through? The mix of images and description would be great info to have and give a ton more feel to the boat.

This would be a good idea, though I do rely on what other skippers recommend. Maybe also put a recommendation section on each boat.
Video walk through are tough to get. Obviously the best way would be to go to the Marina one day and ask to go look at all thee boats. I have done this at Long Beach.
There is a youtube of Merry Time on its way to Avalon:
Life may not be the party you hoped for, but while you're here, you may as well dance !!!
What's hard about filming a video to show and describe the features of a boat?
But interesting point with that youtube video. Searching a boat name does bring up websites(a little endeavor) and sale listings(quiver). Probably more out there.

Not hard but to make it look good is a different matter, and there is nothing worse that watching a cheap nasty video...
