Throughout my life I have been fortunate to sail with some incredibly talented women sailors. And as a club we are really fortunate to have some amazing female staff members AND club members. I think it's high time to organize this asset into an association. Something in the order of what I suggest in the title (MSWSA)
Picture a group of sailors splitting charter fees, learning from each other, getting some of our staff involved. Wendy, Angela, Natasha, Dawn.............., Put a racing team together,......... Put a cruising team together,...........Sail to Avalon,........... Sail to Santa Barbara,............ Spend the night at anchor at Santa Cruz Island,........... Kayak the caves at Anacapa!
